Professor Roger Hart

Medical Director
Professor Hart is the Medical Director of Fertility Specialists and Professor of Reproductive Medicine, School of Women’s & Infants Health, UWA. He has interests in all aspects of infertility, and particularly polycystic ovarian syndrome. Professor Hart has an international profile in the field of infertility, he has published extensively in the field of infertility, and runs a fellowship program in infertility.

Dr Michael Aitken

Obstetrician and Gynaecologist
Dr Aitken has been a full time Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and Fertility Clinician since 2000. He has a special interest and training in the management of fertility and associated surgery.

Dr John Love
MBBS FRANZCOG
Obstetrician and Gynaecologist
Dr Love is a Perth born full time Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who has been in private practice since 2000. Prior to this he trained at UWA, KEMH & UK. He has rooms and delivers babies at St John of God hospital, Subiaco. He has been working extensively in all aspects of fertility and IVF since 2000.

Dr Doreen Yeap

Gynaecologist
Dr Yeap is a Gynaecologist in private practice. Dr Yeap undertook a post-graduate fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr Yeap has special interests in infertility treatment, laparoscopic surgery, polycystic ovary syndrome, management of endometriosis and Invitro Maturation of oocytes (IVM).

Dr Roger Perkins

Gynaecologist
Dr Perkins has been a Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialists since 1996. In addition to his private practice, Dr Perkins is a visiting consultant at the King Edward Memorial Hospital Fertility Clinic, a lecturer at the University of WA, and a RANZCOG training supervisor. His special interests include IVF, microsurgical reversal of vasectomy and tubal sterilisation and advanced endoscopic surgery.

Dr Tamara Hunter
MBBS, BSc(ExSc), FRANZCOG
Obstetrician and Gynecologist
Dr Hunter is an obstetrician & gynaecologist. She is currently completing subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility under the mentorship of Professor Hart. She has published several papers in the field of fertility and recently won the Fertility Society of Australia best clinical paper for work conducted at FSWA on in vitro maturation (IVM). Dr Hunter is also a Senior Lecturer within the School of Women’s and Infants Health, UWA.

Dr Linda Wong

Obstetrician and Gynaecologist
Dr Wong graduated in medicine at the University of Western Australia, and trained in obstetrics and gynaecology at King Edward Memorial Hospital. She has been in private practice since 2002, working in the area of infertility, and delivering babies at St John of God Hospital Subiaco.

Dr Ashley E Makepeace

Endocrinologist
Dr Makepeace is an Endocrinologist, who trained locally and in Oxford, UK. She works in general Endocrinology and Diabetes, at Fremantle Hospital and privately. Areas of interest include endocrine causes of infertility, polycystic ovarian syndrome, women’s health and type 1 diabetes. Dr Makepeace is also a guest lecturer at Notre Dame University, Fremantle.
