It’s an exciting time for Fertility Specialists of Western Australia as the team improves its facilities to ensure that its patients receive the best treatment and care.
FSWA’s Applecross laboratory is currently undergoing expansion, which will enhance its already reputable services and allow the team to continue to provide the highest standards of patient care, and of course, positive outcomes.
“Patient care has always been our number one priority at Fertility Specialists of Western Australia,” said FSWA General Manager, Elle Hodges.
“We are doing everything possible to minimise disruptions and ensure our patients receive the best care. As always communication and support will continue directly between our clinic staff and our patients throughout this transition period.”
"We are excited about the improvements we are making to our FSWA services and want to take this opportunity to assure that all patients will be contacted and communicated with directly regarding how this may impact treatment,” Medical Director of FSWA and National Medical Director of City Fertility, Professor Roger Hart, added. Please contact general@fertiltywa.com.au if you have any questions or concerns.
The renovation to the Applecross IVF lab follows FSWA’s Claremont consulting team shifting to its new convenient Stirling Highway location, where it has expanded facilities, providing spacious and modern doctor and nurse consulting rooms, scanning, blood pathology facilities, and free onsite parking.
We also anticipate that our Claremont laboratory will be relocated from Bethesda Hospital to Applecross around August 2024. Patients who may be impacted will be kept updated by our staff directly.
“With change comes progress and at FSWA we work to set ourselves apart by providing not only the very best services and care but by being leaders in evidence-based research and having a highly qualified team led by Prof Hart - one of only two WA Specialists with a Certificate of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI) qualification,” Ms Hodges added.
If patients have any concerns about how the changes may affect them directly, the team is available. Please contact general@fertiltywa.com.au or call 1300 392 393.
